


Orders should be received by recipients generally within 28 days from order dispatch, pending that the recipient address is attended.
Department Store Australia will only deliver to Australian addresses, international orders will not be accepted.
When an order is received and an email address provided you will recieve an email confirmation of your purchase. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to call 1300 800 247 or email sales@departmentstoreaustralia.com.
DELIVERY DESTINATIONS We deliver to any Australian address (including post boxes). We use Australia Post mail.
WEEKEND DELIVERIES Unfortunately we cannot offer weekend deliveries.
RECIPIENT NOT HOME If your home/delivery address is unattended when the delivery is made, an Australia post delivery notification will be left in you post/mail box to notify you that your parcel will be placed at the most convenient post office location (as determined by Australia Post). Deliveries are never left on doorsteps or unattended premises
Goods not collected from Australia Post
If the parcel is not collected from Australia Post, it will be returned to us after a period of 14 days. Upon receipt, we will endeavour to contact you to organise a redelivery. Where it is determined that the failure of delivery has been caused by Department Store Australia no further charges will result. Where it is determined that the error is due to customer not collecting goods, we will charge a second delivery fee (determined by the item purchased)
Goods returned due to incorrect address
If a parcel is not delivered due to an invalid/incorrect address and returned to Department Store Australia the following will occur: Where it is determined that the failure of delivery has been caused by Department Store Australia no further charges will result. Where it is determined that the purchaser has provided the incorrect information via our website or to call centre operators, we will charge a second delivery fee (determined by the item purchased)
